It’s all about the view!! Incredible Mountain View’s from every room. This place was clean and had everything you needed for a great vacation. We will keep this one on our list of favorite places to stay.

We loved listening to the birds each morning, and watching golfers putt on the green. Home was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked beyond expectations. Luna restaurant, Ralph's groceries, and CVS stores are minutes away.

The location of this unit was excellent. Great, well maintained, quiet Arnold Palmer community. This unit's patio faces the 3rd green and the spectacular Santa Rosa mountains and remains comfortable all day. The unit is large and has large bedrooms and bathrooms and large common areas. We loved staying in this community but would not repeat in this unit for the following reasons: 1. The linens for bedrooms and bathrooms need to be upgraded (they were very old and worn looking). 2. Only one portion of the outdoor grill was getting a flame. 3. I am allergic to dog hair and the living room sectional had so much dander and hair embedded in it that I was unable to sit on that surface for our entire stay. Owners must have dog that sheds a lot 4. Master closets were filled with bins full of linens. They should be in the garage so guests can use the entire closet space. 6. Dining room chairs need replacing. They have duct tape on them and because of this, awful, cheap slipcovers you don't want to sit on. 7. Although kitchen has every possible utensil, dish etc. you could possibly need (which is great), the cabinets and appliances are very dark and look to be at least 30 years old.
We would definitely come back to this community but for the price we paid we would want a more updated unit.

Being very familiar with PGAW, great location. Many community pool near-by. This being an "unusual" year, it was still quite warm. Ate at all our favorite restaurants. AND unbelievably, we could bring our dogs (they are small & non-shedding--too many allergies otherwise). Golf courses great!!

We had a lovely stay. The condo is clean with a great view of the mountain. The arrival instructions regarding the wifi are completely wrong. I found the router and figured it out. The hot water in the master shower takes a good 5 minutes to heat up. Also, the water pressure in all showers are awful. The air conditioner exchange is really loud and it is just outside the master bedroom. I called the property management two times to get some help and I never got a return call. I ultimately figured things out for myself. When you only have a three night stay, the last thing you want to do is spend time troubleshooting issues.

Off to a rocky start with internet and tv service but after a few calls and help from RVR staff things got worked out.

From the moment we first made contact the whole experience was a breeze. Being the first time using VRBO we were a little apprehensive. Gladly the whole experience was great. Booking and payment was smooth, all questions answered promptly. The condo was exactly as described and in the pictures. Condo was spotless, well cared for and had everything we needed for a truly memorable vacation. I can’t describe how amazing the view from the patio was. The pictures didn’t do it justice. We will definitely be a return visitor.

Spectacular. Super clean and well-maintained property. Management provided excellent customer service and answered our numerous questions before and even some during our stay. Close proximity to golf, desert jeep tours and airport.
Highly recommend this property.

My wife and I being keen golfers love visiting Palm Springs/La Quinta particularly in the summer as there are no queues and we are able to enjoy the beauty of the region. This was our 5th stay at La Quinta and our first through Royal Vacation Rentals. The property was everything as promised and ticked every box for us, ensuring our stay was perfect. Royal were excellent and could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the US.

Condo was great. I would however not recommend anyone to use Royale Vacations if they are required to put down a large deposit. We put down $500, left the place immaculate, yet are still waiting for what is now 18 days since we left to receive our deposit back. Royale Vacations requires payment to them immediate but are in no hurry to pay back. That is an annoying and unnecessary policy.

This condo was everything we wanted for our week in the desert. Beautiful, clean, comfortable furnishings, we had everything we needed and more. One pool area was two doors down, pool was perfect temperature, we enjoyed it day and night.
Making the arrangements was extremely easy, great information provided prior to arrival as well as easy checking out. We highly recommend this unit and Royale Vacation Rentals. This was a wonderful experience all the way around.
