The view from LQ122 will take you to a place of serenity, located on the Stadium Lake it offers east exposure with picturesque views of the sparkling lake and lush greenery paired with vibrant colors of desert landscape that only PGA West can offer. Enjoy nights eating dinner outdoors, with a fire going in the fire pit and dinner grilling on the BBQ. This view is warmly invited within the home through the multiple sliding glass doors and over-sized windows in the living room and family room. There is more than enough room for your family to gather with 3,134 square feet to occupy. The newly updated living area houses a sofa accompanied with two chairs and a large flat screen television. If you are in need of relaxation, enjoy the cozy fireplace and the custom tile backsplash. The bar is right off the living area with two bar stools - the perfect place to enjoy making a specialty cocktail for your family and friends. The family room offers a leather couch and chair - perfect for taking in the stunning view only these windows can offer. Enjoy home cooked meals at the dining table for six or choose to have your meals at the kitchen table for six. When it's time to retire, the spacious master suite offers a king bed, large inch flat screen television and an exit to the courtyard. The expansive master bathroom offers a soaking tub, three-panel glass shower, and plenty of cabinets. The second suite offers a king bed, flat screen television, and private bathroom with a walk in shower. The 3rd room offers a king bed, flat screen television, and a private entrance to the courtyard. In the 4th room, you'll find a queen sized bed. Enjoy west exposure views of the gorgeous Santa Rosa Mountains while relaxing in the large pebble tech pool and spa in the courtyard that will take your breath away! The owners of this home keeps a covered vehicle in the garage for their use while in town, so there is only space for one additional small vehicle in the garage.
*Pool heating is $50 per day. Please give us advance notice if you would like the pool heated for your stay.**

My Dad & I take an annual golf trip to Palm Springs, and stayed in PGA West at this beautiful condo this year. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is well maintained and laid out perfectly for 4 golfers. We enjoyed sitting in the living room or on the patio enjoying a conversation and a cocktail, with a majestic view of the pond behind. Would highly recommend this place. Everything was in working order.

This beautiful setting was home base and gathering central for some desert adventures marking a couple young men turning 60 and our father/father-in-law turning 85. Loved our evenings looking out at the lake as we sipped a glass of good red wine around the fire pit.

Very nice little place to kick back and enjoy the desert sunshine, well appointed, well stocked, it had everything we needed for a nice little getaway. The house was very clean, appliances all worked, no hassles at the security gate, all went well. Pool was clean and warm, with just the right amount of patio furniture.

My whole family enjoyed the property. It was perfect for families with adult children who are married. Three of the rooms have a private bathroom. The view from the lake side of the property was fabulous. We have a difficult decision to make each day, would we sit poolside and enjoy the pool or lakeside and enjoy the view. What a tough choice.
The pool was malfunctioning on the first day of our trip, Management was very responsive to the request for service.
The only suggestion is the couch in the living room is made of goose down. The feathers stick through and poke the guest. So we used blankets and sheets to cover the couch.
I would absolutely recommend this property to large families with pets.

The house was large, spotless and extremely well-equipped and beautifully furnished, the lake view was stunning, the pool area was great and the management was wonderfully responsive to a few minor issues/questions that arose. The media system in den could probably use a little updating, but that was minor issue. We would happily return for a relaxing time, and would recommend this lovely property to anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable, secure and picturesque retreat.

We really enjoyed our stay here for Stagecoach. The house was plenty big and roomy for everyone in my group to feel comfortable having their own space. The pool and spa were great and easy to work. Having the lake in back was an added treat as we were able to do some fishing and relax during the day. Only complaint would be that its a little too far from the polo grounds to walk to the event, but we knew that going in. Highly recommended house as a place to relax and enjoy some time in the desert sun.
This house is pristine and very well equipped. This is our second stay in this house and we plan to rent it again in the future.
