The downstairs features two comfortable living areas. The family room hosts a large, sectional sofa (that includes a sofa sleeper), flat screen TV and gas fireplace. And the adjacent living room off the entryway with sofa is perfect for relaxing and connecting with friends and family. The open floor plan flows right into the beautiful newly remodeled kitchen which offers everything you need to make your family favorites. Please note, this home does not have a standard oven but does have a countertop convection oven for your baking, broiling, and toasting needs. The dining area overlooks the covered pool patio and outdoor dining space providing the perfect indoor/outdoor living experience.
