Location, layout and view were all fantastic. Kitchen pans & utensils could use updating and bathroom shower heads replaced. Steve was a great host and responded quickly to our requests. With these smaller improvements, we would definitely return.

The beautiful unit is exactly as described and immaculate. The proximity to the pool is so convenient!
The lovely outdoor setting was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails.
The host agent provided stellar service!

We gave it 5 stars on VRBO so as not to harm the owner. Since this review is just for your company I'll be more frank. Property was nice. Enjoyed sitting on the patio. Master bed was comfortable. Shower heads were not great, towels were okay, no place to hang wet towels. No comfortable reading chair and only one lamp in great room. Couch was old. Place was clean on arrival, kitchen equipped pretty cereal bowels, knives dull, wouldn't cut a lime. Master bedroom fan made a noise while running on low. We would not rent again.

This place was the perfect size for my wife and me to meet our daughter away from home. The kitchen itself is nice with most of what you’d need to cook at home. Having the pool so close by was also pleasant.

Enjoyed our stay in La Quinta very much. The pros/cons of our condo:
Pros: Property very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice back patio overlooking the golf course and nice little court yard complete with orange & grapefruit trees.
Cons: Many small issues of maintenance and design. Bathrooms badly need towel racks, no place to hang towels, and not enough bath towels.
Master bath had several small problems.
The right hand sink leaked water (into a bowel in the cabinet) and the sink was loose and moving, which may be the cause of the leak. Also, the small towel hook by the shower was very loose and the wall mounted makeup mirror was cracked.

We had a lovely break from reality in late November. This charming two bedroom, two bathroom unit was squeaky clean and well-appointed. We were concerned about location the first day (near Madison, a busy road) but heard zero traffic noise. Although we didn’t use the pool and spa - too cold! - we did enjoy countless long walks throughout PGA West during our stay. The views were amazing!! On cooler days we were able to sit on the deck and enjoy some sheltered sun. The management company was 5-star to deal with!

Very nice experience overall.
We absolutely loved the place!. Patio overlooking the water on the course. A few steps to the pool. Grapefruit on the front patio. They were perfect for Greyhounds! Management was super easy to deal with. We will definitely rent it again!!
