We have stayed here before and plan to come again. Highly recommend staying here.

Our month in La Quinta was good. We noticed that the home had significant upgrades to the baths and kitchen since our last stay there three years ago. All the showers have been tastefully and functionally redone, completely new and very nice. The addition of an "office" setup in one of the bedrooms was a plus, a new table/desk, a terrific office chair, upgraded and relocated WiFi allowed great connectivity. New TV in the great room was great. Took a little time to figure out how to use the remotes but TV services were great. The house met our needs although we found both indoor and outdoor seating uncomfortable. The outdoor cushions are new but they don't quite match the very nice chairs, the back cushions are too small and shallow for the chair depth. The living room sofa and multi-color chair are uncomfortable and for us seniors, difficult to get up from because they are so low. Beds were comfortable and plenty of nice linens and towels. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked many meals during the month's stay. Not having sun shades for the west facing windows was a big negative for us. The sun shines directly into the main great room/TV area from about 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM when the sun goes over the mountains. It was hard to sit and watch TV, such as a golf tournament or other sporting events without the sun shades.

The rental experience was excellent from start to end. The property management team was responsive, timely, and helpful in answering questions. The description of the layout and amenities was accurate. The property is clean and maintained. We stayed here for Coachella weekend 2. The location was a short 10 minute drive to the festival. The mountain views from the patio are magnificent. We spent time at the pool located next door to the property. There is a Ralph's for grocery shopping within 2 miles of the property. I've stayed in PGA West in past years and have enjoyed it. We would recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful Mountain View’s, lovely, clean, adorably decorated home. Great kitchen with all the cooking supplies you need.

While we loved the location, layout of the condo, patio and sunsets the unit is very TIRED
The DW and Refrigerator are both VERY old and malfunctioning. Pillows are OLD and 'stained'; pots/pans are the cheapest quality and OLD. If there was a full update to these amenities we would rent again and again the same unit

A friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this home. It's comfortably appointed and well located. We watched the golfers go by during the day and appreciated the sunset in the evening.

We stayed here for Stagecoach this year and my whole group agreed this was the best home we have rented so far in our 8+ years of attending the festival. The home is so spacious with tall ceilings and all the bathrooms made it easy for all us girls to get ready. Quick 10 minute Uber to the festival too. The outdoor patio was peaceful every morning and being able to walk right out our front door to the pool was just icing on the cake. All in all an amazing experience and we will for sure be renting this home again!

This property is an excellent place to stay with kids! We had four kids, ages 2 to 6, and four adults. We fit perfectly. There was plenty of space, the place was mostly kid-friendly and the pool right next door was perfect. It's a beautiful location that faces west so watching the sunset on the patio is very relaxing - once the kids are asleep of course! I would highly recommend this place.

Splendid!The Home, the area, et al! Very comfortable for 6. Very well maintained and nicely appointed home. Patio comfortable and offered great views. Highly recommend to families or group of golfers.

We enjoyed this lovely condo during the month of February and it was just right for our needs. It’s nicely equipped and decorated and the service from Royal Vacations was outstanding. We hope to return next year!

We loved our stay at this rental! It was spacious, had pretty much all of the amenities we needed (kitchen appliances and utensils, laundry detergent, etc.). We loved the fire pit outside and the grill, and it is so close to the community pool that you can check on the kids from the bedroom window!

The location was perfect because it was really close to the festival venue, and even closer to a grocery store so we were able to stay stocked if we ran of food or drinks! Its also not too far from other stores like Costco, Aldi and Target!

I would definitely stay again and recommend this place to all of my friends!

it was up to our standars and it even had more than we expected, for example the fact that the pool is just right next door, or that they have a fully equipped bar, just a lovely place.

we only had one minor problem entering the house because the locks weren't working well, but everything else was just fine.

This was the sixth year we rented a vacation house for a month.
It was the best overall vacation rental of all. The Management was very helpful and professional. The apartment was is great condition.

We spent a great month in La Quinta and the condo was perfect for our stay. Everything was as expected and the kitchen was well equipped for coming in when we wanted to do that. The patio was great and we used the fire Table frequently. The Royale staff was responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
