Welcome to LQ162, your vacation retreat with unobstructed views of a sparkling lake, lush fairway and the adjacent Santa Rosa mountains. Relax on the stylish outdoor furniture and take in the sunrise, sunset and night skies while your stress melts away, all possible with this home’s southern exposure. Each of the 3 bedrooms (2 of which are master suites with king beds) have an en suite bathroom plus there is a 4th bathroom for guests/daytime use. This home also features a large office for those who may need a place to work, study, etc. The owner has recently remodeled this home with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Viking stove, new living room and dining room furniture, a Samsung 65” smart tv and much more. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed and a Samsung 55 inch television. The second bedroom has queen bed and a twin bed with a Vizio 32 inch television. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a Sony 32 inch television. The fully stocked kitchen with its high ceilings is a pleasure to cook in - all while enjoying the breathtaking views. Next to the kitchen, you will find a large table with bar seating for five and in the dining room a table and chairs for eight. Outdoors, there is a built in BBQ, seating for eight around the fire table as well as an outdoor dining area for six. You will find bikes in the garage to help you get around the beautiful PGA West community. No bikes will be needed though to get to one of the community pools as it is within a 30 second walk. This is a must see home to appreciate the floor plan, updates, and one of the best views at PGA West!
