The unit is lovely, in a small, charming town, walking distance to fabulous restaurants. The unit is well-maintained and the kitchen has everything you need. The rental management staff is readily available to answer questions. Very helpful. I highly recommend this rental!

This Suite was exactly what I needed on this trip. It' located walking distance to Old Town La Quinta and had everything I needed. It's well furnished and in the heart of all the activities in La Quinta. I love working with the team at Royale and have come to expect high quality from each of the places that I rent through them. I'll be back for sure!!

Great location. The condo was nice, had everything we needed but some things needed updating.

Unit was clean and neat. Check-in was very simple with no personal contact necessary. The kitchen was a little smaller than we would have liked with the only place to eat at a small island with 3 stools. Parking was an issue as the condo shared it with the Embassy Suites Hotel.

This is a nice, modest one-bedroom unit near La Quinta town center. Good dining options within walking distance and a great Saturday farmers' market. The unit suited us perfectly as we were out most days sightseeing or hiking. The complex has limited common facilities and the unit is directly across for the entrance and main parking for the Embassy Suites. But we always found a parking space. The kitchen is well-appointed and we enjoyed being able to prepare our breakfasts and several dinners when we didn't feel like going out in the evening.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful long weekend stay and we’re particularly pleased with the proximity to Olde Towne LaQuinta restaurants and shops. It’s a short walk to a variety of excellent dining options. There is also a wonderful Saturday morning Farmer’s Market. Terrific golf is just a short drive, and there are also excellent hiking options. The only downside is the Embassy Suites across the parking lot — hotel guests take up parking space and can be a bit noisy at times. I also couldn’t get the TV remote to work — I followed all of the instructions in the guide book, but once the TV was on, the only remote that worked was the smaller one that took us to Netflix and other similar options.

We had an amazing time. This condo is just steps from Old Town La Quinta and could not have been more perfect. Thank you Royale for being great to work with and the condo had everything we needed and was well appointed. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend using Royale to anyone who wants to have a relaxing stay in the desert.

This little condo is the perfect getaway. Fully stocked kitchen, pool and spa right downstairs, small dog park on site and walking distance to Old Town La Quinta for dining and Sunday Farmer's Market. Management company was easy to work with and were quick to respond to all of my questions. I was overjoyed by my stay at this lovely rental!

Very nice and quiet. Would have been nice to have been able to cancel out a night rental in advance as travel plans changed.
