Welcome to your private, romantic getaway! LQ112 is the perfect retreat that offers two fully-furnished suites featuring ensuite bathrooms. A special feature that Legacy Villas homes offer is a unique lock-off feature that provides two private entrances to both bedroom suites. There is a main door within the villa that leads to the living room which connects the two suites and allows for flexibility within your group. The living room features a 48 inch Smart TV with access to apps for your enjoyment and a cozy couch making the living area perfect for relaxing. The dining table with seating for six is perfect for enjoying homemade dinners that you created in the fully equipped kitchen. A plus of vacation rentals is that the kitchens are stocked with full sized appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, etc. - all you need to bring is the food! The master suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, ensuite bathroom, private fireplace, and a private balcony with spectacular views - you are sure to experience a blissful rest. The second suite offers a king bed and a balcony as well, along with a flat screen and an ensuite bathroom. High speed internet is also offered complimentary. The view in Legacy villas is incomparable; you will enjoy the Santa Rosa Mountains, lush greenery, and the sparkling fountains all from your rental. Enjoy the patio during the day to soak up our desert sun or at night you can enjoy you dinner under the stars. We average at 350 days of sunshine per year in La Quinta! Legacy Villas is a luxurious condominium development located just north of the historic La Quinta Resort & Club®. Its 280 condominiums feature Spanish hacienda architecture with smooth white stucco walls with blue trim, and barrel-rolled tile roofs. Legacy is nestled within a dramatic cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Amenities include 24-hour guarded gates, 12 salt-water pools, 11 spas, and lush landscaping featuring 19 fountains. The community also includes a spectacular 11,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with resort-style poolside cabanas, beach entrance kids pool paired with a splash play area, meeting rooms, free Wi-Fi internet connectivity, a date palm hammock garden, BBQ's, the Legacy Grille (open only to homeowners and guests), an owner's lounge with flat-screen TV's, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility. Villa was clean, quiet, and well appointed. Separate entrances with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of living area were perfect for two couples. Lovely unit and Royale Vacation Rentals was great!
We've stayed at Legacy Villas many times and they are very strict about wristbands and guests during festival weekends. This is totally understandable, but some of the guard gate attendants were really rude and unreasonable. Please ask housekeeping to leave more toilet paper :)

We have stayed at the Legacy many times. This unit is well equipped and has nice new appliances. Location is great, close to lots of shops & restaurants. Would be great if they purchased a few baking dishes for the oven.

Absolutely loved our stay in Legacy Villas. The place was as described and the pictures were very accurate. The kitchen was well stocked. We absolutely loved the porches and enjoyed sitting out and enjoying the view every morning. The grounds were gorgeous!! We went to several of the pools and loved the fact that we had options. The only negative that I can think of is that the Legacy Grille was only open on weekends so there was no onsite food to be purchased during the week. La Quinta Resort was right next door and there are plenty of food options there. I can’t wait to go back!

This was a great rental. We liked the location across from the pool and found it convienent and quiet. The rental was tastefully decorated with plenty of room for two couples.
The only thing that was a little tricky was were the TV's.
Would rent it again.

This was our second year renting here. This year we brought our dog. The unit was definitely a dog unit, (older couch, pillows, etc) but that worked for us. At first we were disappointed as we were told our unit had it's own grill. There are some changes in process where grills may not be allowed on upper units. We contacted the number when we arrived and they brought us over a George Foreman grill. It wasn't really what we envisioned but were impressed by their customer response to make it right. We absolutely love the location, beautiful mountain back drop and so close to town. Nice work out facility and grounds are kept up. Everyone we met was friendly from owners to front gate security.

Thank you so much, Tom, for your review. The HOA and La Quinta Fire Department did change the procedure of BBQ's and the propane grills are not allowed anymore. However, we do have an electric grill and the main pool has BBQ's for guest use. ***Please note, the ownership has changed on this unit - It is no longer pet friendly and it has a new sofa****

My wife and I had a great time at Legacy Villas. This was our fourth stay at Legacy Villas and our first in this particular Villa and our first experience with Royal Vacations. The Villa was fantastic, great location, very clean with nice furniture. The people we dealt with the pre-arrival instructions, information packet and the booking process were all very well coordinated, the best we have ever experienced.

My daughter and I arrived late at night, the villa was absolutely beautiful,

It was great. Great complex, huge condo that was very clean. Service from Tim and Dana was great, Dana especially. We were late in arriving and Dana had left our passcode which was such a relief. We did find getting to the Corporate Park to collect keys/details slightly stressful and then when we discovered we only really needed the passkey codes, we found it unnecessary, and we had difficulty even locating the office.
Other than that, stay itself and facilities were great.

Our family of 3 stayed in this villa for 5 days while our son played in a tennis tournament nearby - we all had a great time. The unit is beautifully and comfortably furnished, well stocked with all we needed for a great stay. It was our first time staying at this complex and the unit and surrounding grounds exceeded our expectations. The pools are wonderful and spread throughout the grounds, but still are far enough away from this unit to offer peace and quiet when you want it. It was very convenient and close to beautiful hikes, to La Quinta resort and to shopping and great restaurants. The management company, Royale Vacation Rentals, was great to work with; very responsive, helpful and caring. We would definetely rent this unit again!

Very good location when attending the BNP. Condo is very nice but the unit does not include Tennis Channel which is very important to folks that are traveling in just for that reason. Would rate it a 5 if it had the Tennis Channel.
