Welcome to the adorable gated Puerta Azul Community with wonderful amenities in beautiful sunny LaQuinta. This lovely home has loads of special features including Alexa controlled smart lighting throughout the home, blackout window coverings in every room, and has a great new water purification system that services the entire house. The home has really fast 600 MHZ internet for those who need to work while on vacation, and mountain views from every room. The totally updated fully stocked kitchen has all modern stainless appliances and has a blender, coffeemaker, ice cream maker, pots, pans, cookie sheets, dish sets, crock pot, electric kettle with removable tea infuser, toaster oven, air fryer, all utensils for kitchen and BBQ, and Tupperware sets. The home has ceiling fans throughout the inside and outside for your comfort.
The Living room has a large 70-inch flat screen wall mounted television along with a professionally installed surround sound system and a sofa with electric reclining seats. For your gaming entertainment there is a new Xbox series X, with controllers and digital games installed. The open area living /dining combo also comes with a great fireplace and a bar and table seating for those great family events. The downstairs Primary bedroom comes with a king bed, has a 60-inch smart television, and the gorgeous double sided stone shower with integrated body sprays and great water pressure along with color changing LED Alexa-controlled lights. The home also has a hair blow dryer, blow dryer brush, and curling iron in the bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs also has a king bed and comes with a 60-inch wall mounted television and shares a bathroom with the other bedroom. The third bedroom upstairs has a full-size bed, equipped with a 42-inch Televison, and has a great balcony. There is also a powder room downstairs. For your exercise needs there are two 2 Specialized his and hers bicycles, a new treadmill and adjustable dumbbells to 50lbs and soft grip lighter dumbbells.
The outdoor back patio area includes misters, a 42-inch wall mounted Televison, and has pet-friendly artificial turf on the side of the house for your furry friends. The owners have also provided a cozy dog bed, dog bowls, dog/baby gates, and poop bags for your four-legged friends. This area also includes a beautiful18L x 8W x 6D cocktail saltwater pool/spa with a gorgeous water feature that you will just love. This cozy pool also comes with its own Pool Chilling Cooling system for those warm summer months. There is also a gas heated firepit, small refrigerator, and a gas BBQ grill at your disposal. There is ample seating and a nice long covered patio along with a nice fountain to enjoy. You will just fall in love with this great home and want to stay forever.
This community has a heated resort style pool and heated lap pool, tennis court, fitness center, bocce ball, billiards table, ping pong, clubhouse with large flat screen tv, full kitchen, and a greenbelt to walk dogs. This home is less than 3 miles to Coachella and stagecoach and is 1 mile from Lake Cahuilla campground/fishing park.
***This is a pet-friendly home and we do charge a $150.00 non-refundable upholstery/carpet cleaning pet fee per pet. To cover the cost of heating the pool/spa/firepit we do charge $50.00 per day. Please let us know if you will be wanting us to heat the pool upon your arrival.***
