Legacy Villas - LQ103

The property was the perfect size for us, our kids and grandkids. The location, at the foot of the mountain was beautiful. The home was in good condition. Access to the pool was very convenient, and the grands loved the big pool. We wished the patio had been a bit larger for outdoor eating, and it would have been convenient if the snack bar had been open during our stay. We will be back!

Our vacation rental was great! The members at Royale Vacation rental s are great to work with. The Townhome was located in a good quiet location. Clean and ready to go. We can’t wait to go back. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

If you're coming from a perpetual overcast climate, this is the place to be. This poolside townhome is in the rear part of a secured community with upscale accommodations. Perfect for 4-7 people for a quiet getaway.

The home was beautiful and clean! Every room has its own bathroom, loved the private pool, the property manager was excellent and very responsive!! Will definitely stay again! ( I wish there was a pantry, but that was minor!)

We had a great time and the back patio is just off of a pool which was great to exactly what we wanted to do. The villa was clean and perfect for our family of six. I would recommend this location for sun, peace and quiet.

The complex was well manicured and clean. The villa’s kitchen was not well stocked for dining in. The kitchen lacked necessities, e.g., foil, Saran Wrap, napkins, chip clips, baggies, etc. The downstairs bedroom did not have a dresser for storing clothing. The new kitchen table was too large for the dining space and the chairs’ legs were loose and wobbly so we found a crescent wrench in the laundry room and tightened them.

Everything was very clean and everything worked well. I cant wait for the next trip and rental. The property was amazing.

This was a home run on all accounts. Needed some time away and the desert is just perfect this time of the year. This townhouse at Legacy Villas was 10++ with the location next to the mountains and just steps from one of the satellite pools. The view at night was so peaceful from the back patio.The inside was so modern and updated, we can't wait to come back and relax again.

The place was great, but unfortunately the AC in the master bedroom was not working so it was extremely hot. The Internet service was horrible unable to connect to the Wi-Fi as it kept going in and out and my child was not able to be on her iPad due to poor connectivity whenever we have downtime. We did see a few dead crickets inside the drawers so not sure those are cleaned out. The place itself was very renovated close to pool which was great. An email was sent out to the managing company but I never heard back from them. Upon check-in we did inquire with the security if all names of August including minors is needed when making reservations. Two different security guards that were there stated that that is not the case. The management company requested names of all minors which was odd to us because we’ve been to that location many times and we’ve never had this information requested by other rental properties. We informed this to the rental manager who insisted on still having the information.

Great property, spacious and pool adjacent! Liked having the third bedroom upstairs too! Pretty views to the landscape too. Quiet bedrooms too.
Patio was uncovered which was fine for our April stay but inquire about an umbrella if you stay in summer. I have stayed many times in legacy villas and would stay here in this unit again!

Place was clean but some things didn’t work
The shower downstairs dribbled water while the one upstairs only had really hot water. The stove smoked when we turned it on and the smoke alarms kept going off. The furniture was falling apart. I expected more for the price paid. The pools were nice

We had a wonderful time here. Home is beautiful with all of the amenities we had hoped for. Bedrooms are perfect, living space very nice and kitchen well stocked. Our only negative was the oven and stove need to be replaced or repaired. (Only two burners worked and the oven kept setting off the heat alarm when I opened the oven door). Everything else was amazing. I would definitely return!!!!

This charming 2 story Townhome was clean, roomy and comfortable. Located in the back of the complex it made for a quite setting. My weekend was really nice. The property management team was professional and very pleasant.

While the property location and facilities across the community are quite nice the way this particular property is furnished & maintained needs attention.
As an example, when we arrived the dining table only had 5 of the 6 chairs present, and one was broken with a cushion that wasn't attached. We raised this with the Property Mgmt company and while they were responsive, the person they sent to address the issue simply pulled another broken chair out of a closet. Now the dining table had two broken chairs.

We also sent in a follow up request but it was ignored / never responded to from the property management company. I offered a detailed list of items that needed to be addressed, but never heard a response.

For what we paid, we expected a better experience.

3 large bedrooms, full kitchen and living area, very spacious. we really enjoyed our vacation here, the pool is right next to the property. Great views of the mountain. The legacy resort itself is amazing with well manicured gardens and various pools. There was a minor cellphone reception issue (on ATT) but the home wifi works great.

I had a virtual conference and so went with the family to this spacious house for a long weekend. Plenty of space and internet access for kids to do virtual school and me to do work, with a pool right next door to jump into during breaks. Pools are kept socially distant. Overall a nice weekend if you like Palm Springs. It is a gated community so the houses are a bit cookie cutter but nice. One drawback is that our phones had very limited service because it is surrounded by hills in a canyon of sorts.

It was perfect! Beautiful house towards the back of the property with lots of privacy and only walking steps to the pool. The rooms were spread out perfectly, allowing for enough privacy and every room had gorgeous tubs. Overall, it was perfect.

Great place for family fun and relaxation. Warm pool fun even in the winter.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Spacious accommodation with really comfortable beds in all three rooms. Quiet and tranquil with lovely grounds for walking. Cleanest property I’ve seen recently.
