Welcome to LQ148, a truly wonderful completely remodeled villa at Legacy Villas in beautiful sunny La Quinta. As you walk up the bougainvillea clad sidewalk to the front door you feel the warmth of the sun and the beautiful resort surroundings. Once inside, the living area and kitchen are open and inviting to host those great family events you know you want to throw there. The gorgeous, beamed ceiling living room and the two masters have beautiful fireplaces and flat screen televisions for you to enjoy during your stay, along with complimentary wifi. The dining room and bar area has seating for 9 which is perfect for those family get togethers. The master suite offers a King size bed, the second a Queen, while the third bedroom is perfect for the kids with bunk beds and an additional bed for a total of three twin size beds. There is also a stackable washer/dryer located in the hallway for your convenience.
This mountainside community features 9 gorgeous salt-water pools and spas, the state-of-the-art fitness facility, the clubhouse with lounge, meeting rooms, and outdoor fireplaces, hammock garden, a large resort style pool area with beach entry and private cabanas and Legacy Grill. This is a 24/7 guard gated community.

The online photos made it appear better than reality, The microwave & in suite safe were not working, and the refrigerator filter needed to be changed. It was okay, but not as nice as we were expecting. The third bedroom was much smaller than appeared online.

I rented this villa for a two week golf vacation with friends. It is tucked away in a private corner close to the front gate. While street noise could be heard occasionally, the location was convenient.
One concern is with the bedding and cleanliness. The bedding (including pillows, blankets, bed spread) could use a refresh. Also, all of the bedding - including duvet - should really be washed between guest visits. The light colored living room sofas could also use a good cleaning! Other than general cleanliness, the unit was adequate.

Lovely well equipt condo for a week of horse showing in Thermal. Close to everything, walking to Old Town La Quinta. Great gym and gorgeous pools. Nestled with the back drop of the mountain and palm tress this property feels a little like heaven when you escape an ice storm in Oregon! This unit was well updated and clean

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday weekend at our Legacy Villa in La Quinta. The villa had all the amenities we needed, very clean and convenient location for our family of seven. Only recommendation I would give is to improve the shower head or water pressure in the master suite.

We have stayed at legacy villas before but this property has been our favorite! We enjoyed the lower level with no neighbors above us, the private patios, the location to the main pool and the updated decor! We will definitely be staying here again! The rental company was extremely responsive when the wifi did not work and came right over!

Very clean. Nice sheets. Great instructions on the ins and outs of the place. Would stay there again.
Upon arriving at this house, we were taken aback by how filthy the walls were. Dirt and grime everywhere. White couch is a poor choice. Could really use a paint job and refresh. The kids room had crumbs on the trundle bed so nobody wanted to sleep there. There was stuff shoved in corners and in the closet. After getting over that, the house was superficially clean and location was good for the pool and proximity to the road. Kitchen was stocked. Appliances worked. Bedding really needs help. Thin blanket and sheets in the master. Needs some TLC.
