We really enjoyed our stay a Legacy Villas. Great views, excellent fitness center, well maintained grounds.

We enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. Comfortable and centrally located. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location!

This was my second time staying in Legacy Villas and my first at a Royale Vacation place.

The experience was great, super easy, we never needed to contact anyone. The neighborhood is lovely with many pools and a fitness center. And it is right next door to LaQuinta Resort if you’d like to take a nice breakfast or lunch there. The unit itself was big and comfortable, a bit spare, and beds were a little awkward (huge foam toppers), but it was nice enough. Might look for a different unit next time, but very happy overall with stay at Legacy Villas.

This Legacy Villa is the perfect place. It has all the amenities with upgraded comfort of a new beautiful home. The Royale management is really great and easy to work with. I would highly suggest this unit.

Unfortunately we were not able to go because my daughter got sick. We did rent the same condo the week before and it was immaculate. The property managers were always accessible and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property.

My wife and I have stayed in half a dozen different units in Legacy Villas over the past 10 years and love the development. The grounds and pools are lovely and beautifully maintained, and all the units we have stayed in have been clean and comfortable. We rented this two bedroom unit for two weeks so that we would have access to a full kitchen (studios have no kitchen), and because we did have another couple from southern CA visit us briefly while we were there. The kitchen was nicely stocked with spices and lots of cookware as well as a blender which was much appreciated since I like to have a fruit smoothie in the morning. It would be nice to have a pitcher and some hot pads (we used towels). The furniture was not fancy, but adequate. The table seated four which could be an issue if you had 6 people in the unit. The beds were very comfortable. There were no problems with cell service or wi-fi service.

We do have some suggestions for Royale Vacation Rentals. The instructions for the TV remote need to be updated. They were for a remote that is no longer there. We called about it, and someone came promptly to help. The soap dispensers in each bathroom were empty. Bar soap was provided, but no soap dish. I would provide a better brand of bathroom tissue rather than Amazon commercial bathroom tissue (the cheapest that exists) and provide more than one extra roll (might be needed if 6 people are in the unit). Also provide more than a single pod for the washer (one load of laundry in two weeks is pretty limiting, especially if you had 6 people). Upgrading these items would be great PR and improve the experience at a cost maybe $5.

Wendy is a super host. She made sure that we got in the property just fine. We checked-in really late and it was our first time staying at La Quinta Villas property. Wendy helped us locate the lockbox and stayed on the phone with us until we got in the condominium. She was very pleasant and bid us goodnight.
The amenities are very basic for one night stay with shampoo and conditioner, but didn't find a hair dryer. At least the iron was working when I needed it to press my clothes for the wedding that we attended.
It has a beautiful view of the rocky peaks and there were 10 different pools that you can use around the villas. It was nice that also provided beach towels if you need to use the pool.
Overall, this place is nice and would consider to be back again.

Very clean, comfortable and in a great location within the development. Much appreciation for the attentive security at the gate. Beautiful views of the mountains from the patio and just a short walk to the Clubhouse. The unit was well-stocked and thoughtfully furnished to make my stay comfortable.

The property exceeded expectations! It was clean, modern, and spacious. The community we stayed in was in a great location and everyone we interacted with was great. Katie, who helped us book this property, was especially delightful and extraordinarily helpful. Truly above and beyond!

First time to the Palm Springs area, the stay was for 10 nights. We felt safe in this gated community as we often went to the pools and took walks at night.

The condo description was fairly accurate.
Kitchen was well stocked with a spice rack and we were able to prepare meals when we wanted to eat in. Lots of supermarkets and stores nearby.

Towels and linens are of good quality.
Appreciated both suites have king beds.
The unit was the perfect size for our family of four.

Lots of pool options. During this "slow season", some of the smaller pools were not populated so we actually enjoyed the pools all to ourselves.

Property manager and staff onsite were very friendly, common areas were clean and well maintained. Our kids were thrilled to see the wild bunnies around in the mornings or evenings.

Customer service from Royale Rental were quick to respond to questions and making sure we have what we needed for our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the vast restaurant options available in the La Quinta area and the greater Palm Springs. We also went to Joshua Tree, Tramway up San Jacinto, and got our Date Shakes.

If you are visiting during the summer months, be prepared for the 110+ temperature!

We've enjoyed our vacation here and we have already recommended the Legacy Villas and Royale Rentals to our friends.

Beautiful 2 bedroom in a great location - between two swimming pools and just outside of the hiking trail. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils, etc. The management company was very responsive and so easy to work with. Only one small negative would be that the floor in the apartment was not very clean, however, there was a mop in the closet that I was able to use to clean so that we could walk around barefoot comfortably.

This villa checked all the boxes with the nice modern feel. It was well stocked and in a quiet spot within the community. The Royale team made the check-in process so smooth. Can't wait to come back and will certainly recommend Royale's properties to anyone wanting a fantastic get away.

This rental was better than we expected! The location was beautiful and the villas were well taken care of and incredibly quiet. There were 12 pools to choose from, so we were always able to find a shaded spot. It is close to old town La Quinta and the La Quinta resort. We will definitely be back!
