Welcome to your private getaway! LQ170 was just updated with fresh paint throughout, a new kitchen faucet and all new stainless steel kitchen appliances. It is the perfect retreat that offers two fully furnished suites with private bathrooms. The living room hosts a flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa for any last minute additions to your group. The dining room table with seating for four is perfect for savoring homemade dinners that you can create in the chef’s kitchen. This vacation rental has a fully stocked kitchen including full size appliances, cookware and dinnerware sets with utensils. All you need to bring is the food! The primary suite awaits your arrival with the promise of blissful rest hosting a king bed, flat screen television, fireplace and a private balcony with spectacular views. The guest suite offers a king bed and a balcony along with a flat screen TV for your entertainment. Both suites have full restrooms with soaking tubs and separate showers. The view in Legacy Villas is incomparable.
You will enjoy the Santa Rosa Mountains, lush greenery, and sparkling fountains all from your rental. Relish late night dinners on the patio under the starts and soaking up the sun during the day. We average 350 days of sunshine per year in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a luxurious condominium development located just north of the historic La Quinta Resort & Club®. Its 280 condominiums feature Spanish hacienda architecture with smooth white stucco walls and blue trim with barrel-rolled tile roofs. Amenities include a 24-hour guarded gate, 12 salt-water pools, 11 spas and lush landscaping featuring 19 fountains. The community also includes a spectacular 11,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with resort-style poolside cabanas, beach entrance kids pool paired with a splash play area, meeting rooms, free Wi-Fi internet connectivity, a date palm hammock garden, BBQ's, the Legacy Grille (open only to homeowners and guests), an owner's lounge with flat-screen TV's, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility. Lovely light and bright remodeled upper unit with views and in a great location. Two spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked. Better suited to 4 rather than 6 people. The unit is well managed.

Overall, we enjoyed the unit we were in. The location was great. There were a few things that would need improvement but these were minor. Most important, the door of the dishwasher was broken and the lower drawer has a tendency to fall off the rails. It should repaired or replaced.

This was bigger than we thought, in a good way. We loved the location, also. Downside was there were several things that needed repairing ; they need to go through and check window blinds, dishwasher, patio lights, etc.

Our condo was well stocked and overall, we had an enjoyable getaway. The employees at Royal could have been more responsive to a couple of issues. the sink in the second bathroom was clogged and we spoke to a Royal employee and left two messages but nobody came out to fix the problem. Also, we left messages about dishwasher malfunctions and again, no one responded.

I have reviewed our voicemails, both in the office and the on-call phone, and I do not have any other voicemails left by your number on file. We pride ourselves in customer service and have a very strict policy in place to ensure our renters are taken care of in a timely manner. We would never not return a call to a renter. We also have an on-call number to reach staff immediately when our office is closed. We wish your experience had been better and hope to host another stay in the future to show you what a true Royale Vacation should look like.

Best unit we have stayed in at Legacy Villa. Katie and Michaela were super helpful. The condo was well stocked and everything was very new and felt like a home away from home. Grounds are very well kept, gate staff super friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait for next visit. Definitely coming back.
We were three adults renting a two bedroom condo for one month in February 2024.
The condo was spotless and well equipped.
We had a minor issue with pocket doors that were too difficult to close, but the rental agent had a satisfactory fix by the next day.
We would definitely rent at Legacy Villas again.
