Welcome to LQ111, your vacation retreat with unobstructed views of the majestic Santa Rosa Mountains paired with a shimmering lake, desert lush greenery and evening star filled skies this is a vacation of relaxation at its finest. This 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath condominium is located on the 5th tee of the Stadium Golf Course, the back patio is steps away from the stadium lake and faces south bringing in plenty of sunshine throughout your day. Enjoy morning coffee with a view that will astound you or evening cocktails around the fire pit table! This is what vacation is all about.
The gorgeous scenery is brought right inside with large picture windows and sliding glass doors, you and your family will be delighted to prepare home cooked meals in this fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel kitchen appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen opens up to the kitchen nook with seating for 4 and a large window and sliding glass door which allows gorgeous views while enjoying your dinner, or you could choose to have your meal among the ambiance outdoors on the patio table for eight with comfortable seating. For eloquent dining, you can enjoy meals in the formal dining room which has seating for eight (picture shows 6, there is two more chairs inside the house).
Enjoy relaxing after dinner in the living area. Sectional sofa paired with a chaise lounge and rocking chair, a 60 inch ultra HD, flat screen television. Enjoy preparing your favorite cocktail in the built in bar, impress your guest with your specialty drink of the night. LQ 111 offers the perfect accommodations when it is time to call it a night. The master suite houses a king bed, 60-inch flat screen television with a sound bar, and massaging chair to relax any muscles that worked too hard golfing or shopping. The master, spacious restroom has a large soaking tub perfect to wash away any stress keeping you from enjoying your vacation paired with the large walk in shower along with a vanity area worth mentioning. The Queen suite offers a queen bed, 47 -inch flat screen and Blu-ray player, private restroom, and a private entrance to the courtyard. The third suite offers a queen bed, 50-inch flat screen TV and private restroom with a walk-in shower. This home also offers a sofa sleeper that sleeps two. A Netflix account is registered specifically for this rental and available on all 4 televisions. This is a must see to appreciate the sheer beauty of the condo and the surroundings. A group of 4 senior golferes rented this property for a 4-night stay in mid-September. We found the house and facilities to be just as advertised; quite.spacious, very well appointed, with a completely outfitted kitchen, and a beautiful outdoors. The property is a short drive to fantastic golf courses, restaurants, and shops and stores, including COSTCO. We're already discussing our return for next year.

This was a wonderful place that was all you could want in a getaway - it had all the comforts and conveniences of home but was in a beautiful location! We had a very nice stay in this spacious home. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are all comfortable, the location has Southern views of the mountains, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the ducks and geese in the lake, and the golfers teeing off on hole #5 of the Stadium course. The property manager provided good customer service.
The property was as described and everything was in order so we didn't need any assistance from the manager to fix anything. Flat screen tvs in each bedroom and in living room worked great. We are golfers and there are multiple excellent courses in the immediate vicinity to play.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay. Large patio with beautiful view. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Wonderful for guests. There were a couple of glitches early in our stay that required maintenance, but the property management company was very responsive and solved the problems in a timely manner. Only downside is that the PGA West location is a little further away than we would prefer from our favorite restaurants, golf courses, etc.
Lovely property with great golf and Mountain View. Lots of room and furnished well. Very responsive property management and easy to check out. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!
