We were pleasantly surprised at how awesome our condo was as we walked in the door! It was a great experience and so convenient to tennis center and everywhere. we wanted to go.
Excellent views all day of the golf course and mountains. We sat on the patio every morning drinking our coffee wrapped in the luxurious afghans provided by owners. Nice touch!
All the beds were super comfy, too, after a busy day at Indian Wells Tennis tournament they felt great!
I would highly recommend this property and may be back next year!

Our condo was clean and well stocked. Get location. Beautiful view of the mountains and golf course.

Home and beds were great. Property management was diligent in correcting a front door lock and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this place. We've rented it 3 consecutive winters now to escape the wet PNW. Can't wait for next winter to do it again! Steve and the rest of the Royale staff are awesome to work with, can't say enough about them!

We had a great time at this condo and would stay again. It is fully stocked with everything you need and some nice little extras. The views are some of the best at PGA West so if you want a nice condo stay here.

This home was perfect for our family. The living room is so comfortable for watching TV and hanging out together. Clean, comfortable and has all the amenities for a wonderful stay away from home.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home on the golf course. It was even better than expected. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed for our week long stay. We especially appreciated the high end linens in the bedroom and bath and the comfortable seating in the living room. We only had 4 people stay but the home could easily accommodate 6. Loved the patio with the mountain views - perfect for an evening cocktail or wine enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
The unit was well located with easy access to all the surrounding attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

We have rented the same unit twice and really loved it both times. Great views of the golf course from the large porch. Rental company is very attentive.

The location is very nice.
The property has not been updated except for kitchen paint and tile and is very overdue. Showers were either scalding hot or ice cold. Carpets are soiled in tv room.

Spacious and clean, better than average view. Floor plan with kitchen separated from living room not great.

We were in for The American Express golf tournament, so the location on the first hole of the host course was perfect. Everything went smoothly from reservation to check out. Staff was helpful in answering all our questions. The condo itself is very nice, comfortably furnished, and very clean. Wonderful spot for a quiet and relaxing stay.
