Fantastic experience in every way - great home, fantastic location, exceptionally good interaction with Royale- a wonderful vacation in every way

From start (booking) to finish (check-out) our visit was seamless! Royal Vacations is an excellent property management company to work with! Instructions provided for check-in and out were simple and straight forward.

The property location on the Palmer Private Course afforded terrific views of of the golf course and mountains beyond.
The property was clean and offered every kitchen appliance and instruments imaginable.
The short walk across the street to the pool and hot tub was appreciated and the hot tub was comfortably "hot".
We have no complaints nor criticisms -- thanks to all for making our stay so enjoyable!

As per other reviews, this unit is in a nice location with wonderful scenery. The unit itself was spacious for the four of us.
Unfortunately there seems to be a lack of maintenance. On arrival, we found the cords to close the vertical blinds in the living room laying on the floor, broken so blinds could not be closed. A closer look at blinds in two of the bedrooms found them to be very difficult to close as well.
The first evening (Friday), we used the dish washer to rinse some dishes that didn't seem to be clean. The dish washer did not drain, leaving dirty water in the washer. Plumber sent by management company (arrived on Monday) found drain pump to be defective, was not repaired during our two week stay.
Bedroom door on one of the bedrooms was a bifold door, usually seen on a coat closet. Doors did not provide the amount of privacy that might be expected on a bedroom door.
There are other items like the feet on the kitchen stools that kept coming off etc.
We have previously rented homes in PGA West (before Covid) and had great experiences so perhaps had expectations that were too high. Sorry, but we would not recommend this unit.

Great location with a view on the golf course, water hazard and the rosa mountains on the back. The house is perfect for up to 3 couples with 3 double beds with slightly too soft mattresses and 3 well equipped bathrooms. If you decide to cook, the kitchen could have a more varied selection of pots and frying pans and better knives.

Our family celebrated Thanksgiving in one of the most beautiful places in America! This home was perfect in every way. We especially felt welcomed upon our arrival, which was so appreciated after a long drive!

We had a great visit while in town for the Stagecoach festival. The property was in excellent condition and well stocked. The property manager was able to accommodate our early check in, which was much appreciated. Beautiful golf course and mountain views to boot! I would definitely stay here again!

Hot water and pressure in the bath closest to the kitchen was not the best but everything else was great!

The 3 bedroom unit we stayed at was beautifully appointed with everything functioning well. But it is not the INSIDE of the place that is the selling point - it is the OUTSIDE - and what an outside it is!

The views are spectacular and we LOVED sitting on the back deck and watch the golfers play through the 4th hole of the Private PGA West Arnold Palmer Golf Course.

The development at PGA West is perfect for a stroll or a long walk - and don't miss the Bighorn Sheep wandering the neighborhood!

The pools and hot tubs are clean and plentiful and, for the most part, private (on occasion another group would be at our pool, but most of the time we had it to ourselves).

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. Excellent location in PGA West with beautiful views of the Palmer Private 4th hole and mountains in the background. The kitchen is well stocked with useful equipment. The patio built-in gas BBQ was very useful. Plenty of patio furniture to take advantage of the beautiful and sunny days.

This was perfect for our family of seven. The interior is charming and the view is
outstanding. We will visit again and highly recommend it

There are few places as beautiful as the LaQuinta area of California Desert. The views from this lovely home a amazing both day and night. I can't think of a more impressive evening view than the mountains at night. Sitting on this amazing golf course, with a glass of wine at night or a cup of coffee in the morning is contentment defined.

The home is well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked it the right tools for the gourmet or the casual cook.With a pool just steps away, and a spa to work off the round of golf, or just sit and relax available for you, it is a wonderful vacation spot. Close enough to LA or Orange County to be a weekend retreat.

We came down from the wettest winter on record in Seattle. We were ready for some sun and we were not disappointed. The house was perfect for our family of four (Mom, Dad, and 4 year old twins). The pool was right across the street and the views of the golf course and mountains were exquisite. We are already looking forward to next year.

We were delighted to stay at this clean, spacious and well appointed home situated mid-fairway at PGA West. The beautiful kitchen and open dining area (and living room) was the perfect setting for preparing and sharing meals with our guests. The view from the patio and the outdoor grill area was spectacular with the mountains off to the right. We particularly appreciated that the community pool and hot tub was located literally across the quiet street from where the home is located. And, during our stay we pretty much had the pool area available for our exclusive use. Simply stated...a delightful stay.

Having vacationed in LaQuinta on the Arnold Palmer Private Course in the past, we were very pleased with this year's rental. The scenery was great from our condo. There were many good restaurants in the area. The golf was enjoyed for members of my family. All in all, it was a wonderful week to usher in the New Year 2016!

Great vacation home. Plenty of room, great TV set up, sound system, patio and eating area and QUIET!!!!!!

The nice 3 bedroom condo was very well organized and well kept. Having been recently remodeled made it seem like you were in a newer home. Very nice quiet location and enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning and evening with the great views of the mountains and the golf course including the water hole on the course.

Perfect Weekend! The views from the patio were amazing. The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. We would definitely stay there again.
