My Cuzns from Canada came down to the desert for a reunion. My house was not larger enough for ever6yone, so we needed a bigger place. This house was perfect. Great location, close to mine and wonderful view. Pool table came in handy. Royale was wonderful to work with as they always are.

This house is huge and has all the amenities you could want. We had plenty of towels, kitchen equipment and refrigerators. However we could have used more toilet paper and paper towels. One roll for each bathroom and kitchen for 10 people is not enough. Also ran out of dish soap.

Overall the house was excellent. We did notice that many of the outdoor chairs had fabric that is weather damaged and worn. Additionally, the padded outdoor furniture was very dusty and dirty. A little more attention is needed for the outdoor space, but inside was excellent.

Our overall experience was good. The location of the property was great. However, our experiences with the heating and cooling of the house was unsatisfactory. This was even after the technicians attempted to fix it. The spa was unusable for two days, and we paid extra to have it heated. Due to the above explained circumstances, I feel we should be compensated accordingly.

Perfect floor plan, tastefully decorated and supplied with most needs. Can’t get a better view of the golf course. Lovely pool, spa, waterfall and fire pit. Large accommodating kitchen. Try it, you’ll like it.

The home had more than enough room for the 4 families that stayed there. Perfect backyard to go in the pool and relax. The only downside was that the refrigerator had issues and was not getting cold. Property owner was aware and was trying to get it repaired.

Beautiful home on the golf course. We had 12 women and there was plenty of room for everyone. I brought a queen blowup mattress that fit in the master with tons of room to spare. The reason for this was to avoid four people in the room with two beds. Bring extra paper towels and toilet paper as we ran out within 24 hours.

Overall a nice weekend getaway at the house. Great views from inside/outside of the mountains. House was very clean and kept up for the most part. The owners/managers were very easy to work with and instructions for the house were provided and spot on.

We had the best time. House was perfect. So much room, clean, all the amenities and we can't wait to go back and make it our yearly trip.

A beautiful Property and well managed by a very professional Company.
The only comment we have is that if you are not familiar with the term Casita, it means it is Seperate from the main building. So the 5th bedroom was not inside the main building.

The house was very nice & clean, office girls were very professional & helpful specially Makayla & Wendy.
Only refrigerator was not working well, they need to make sure it works before anyone rents the house.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. You have to see it to believe it. The view while you sit by the pool is fantastic. Looking straight down the 14th hole, watching the sun set over the Mountains was something to look forward to every day. The house is very spacious with room for lots of people. The fire pit is a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again. The guys at Royale were very helpful, especially Katie and answered all our questions leading up to our stay. Thank you!

It was a beautiful house and nice pool. some feedback would be to have more trash bags(only had two) and more paper towels (only had one roll) and there was no lighter for the fire pit.

We had an awesome trip in La Quinta! The house was perfect! Great pool and spa, right on the 14th green at PGA West! Couldn’t have been better!

We rented this house for a golf trip. Everything was perfect. No complaints and the house was amazing.

This is our 4 year in Palm Springs. We stayed at this place every time never disappointed, staying on one of the best golf course around.
House is amazing we had 8 guys and there was a lot of room. The view of pool overlooking the 14th hole Wow!! We had a issue with the fridge it took almost three days before it would keep our beer cold and ice maker wasnt working. There was a phone number to call if any issues but being guys we bought coolers and ice as long the beer was cold we where happy Lol!!! A big plus was we had a Costco around the corner from us!! There is plenty of restaurants and bars around us!! But a big shout out to the staff at vacation rentals they are amazing people to deal with we will be back next year again!!!

The layout of the house was perfect for two families (four adults and six kids). Everything worked great including the pool, Jacuzzi, Heat/A-C, garage parking, etc.

This 5 bedroom house was outstanding plenty of room for our 8 guys. This is our second time renting this home. Location is perfect over looking the 14th hole at the PGA West. Property was well maintained pool was awesome. Kitchen very large great for our cooking needs. Manager was great we had a door issue and it was fixed the next day!! We found a great bar about 2 miles from us call Big Rock great place. Grocery store also less then a mile. Costco 2 miles away. Everything about this house was great will be booking it again next year!!

Beautiful spacious home which is nicely decorated. Lost of space so all can have a spot to read, play games, watch tv, talk etc. The pool is beautiful with a very shallow end for toddlers. Very impressed with management company's responsiveness when we called with a minor problem.

Just want to say how wonderful the property was and how much we enjoyed the amenities. Everything was great . Minor problem with the pool not being too clean and the jaquizi not getting hot.

Excellent experience. Want to immediately re-book the house for next year.

Would like to say thanks to Mariah Smith who took care of everything that I asked for. The house was amazing it was better then the picture showed. Location was perfect for us golfers the courses where within 15 mins and we played six different ones. It was a perfect week. We had 8 guys and the house was big enough for us. There was nothing that the house didn't have. Rooms are very large it had everything. I will be back..

Great house! 4 adults and 2 kids enjoyed our week there. Well-equipped and comfortable. Loved the fact that it had various areas to watch different TV shows, read, play games, etc. Would rent again.
Suggestions:
1. Fans on patio and in casita make strange noises so it is kind of annoying to have them on for any length of time.
2. Would have liked clocks in the bedrooms so you know what time it is.
3. Thermostats are interesting! All of a sudden it would turn warm inside without us touching them. Need better instructions on how to set them.
4. Would have liked a garage door opener for the 2-car garage. Without one, you have to get out of the car and go inside to open or shut the door

This is the second year we've rented this lovely home. A few glitches...casita was very dusty and we had to hunt for casita bathroom towels. Also, a few people had bites from the beds. Otherwise, it is the perfect spot to vacation with a large group.

Thanks for everything. Only 2 complaints really were that the bar stools are in desperate need of being replaced. It looks like they've been taped and hammered together. 2nd issue was the maids. I discussed with Dana, however even after they came back half way through the stay to fix the things the didn't do previously, we had to ask them to leave some toilet paper for us, they didn't replace any of the soaps so we had to go buy soap for all the bathrooms, they did eventually wash all the sheets and towels, however they didn't put any of the towels back in the bathrooms. Overall, house was great. Time & Dana were great. I'd just recommend getting a new cleaning service. We had a great time otherwise.

This is a great house. We stayed there with our family of 6 and it was perfect. It's location allows sweet view of sunsets from the deck. It was really spectacular in every way.

We retreated here while our house was being worked on...a perfect get away on the 10th hole of the golf course! Everything we needed was close.

Overall we were happy with the condo. It has a good layout with two bedrooms given privacy and adjacent bathrooms. As it faces north, the main patio is shaded, so it was a little too cool to enjoy most of the winter. The private patio on the south side made up for that, although it didn't have a view and the disintegrating plastic wicker furniture made it look a little shabby. More comfortable lounging furniture for the patios would be appreciated. The gated community was very quite with little traffic, so it was a pleasant place for walks. It was conveniently close to Old Town La Quinta. The condo was fairly well equipped, and the quality of the equipment adequate. There were some irritating omissions: the toaster oven wouldn't toast properly. It dried out the bread and took ages to brown it. There was a coffee maker that takes pods, but we don't care for that style. The regular coffee maker would MAKE coffee but not keep it warm - frustrating. There was no electric hand mixer, rolling pin, electric juicer or salad spinner, all fairly bulky items that would be unreasonable to expect a renter to supply, especially if arriving by air. As we had driven and had been given only a general idea of what would be provided, we brought a few of these things with us. All units should have electric juicers as there is so much citrus fruit in the Coachella Valley. We did ask for a tray (important to carry food and drink to the patio) and some more wine glasses and they were quickly provided. The few needed repairs were looked after quickly. There was no bin for recyclables to put streetside. That should be the responsibility of the condo owner. The living room furniture Ned's replacing It has a very thin leather covering which is disintegrating, spreading little flakes of white leather everywhere. We put a blanket over the worst. We asked but we're never told where the mailbox was, although there appeared to be a mailbox key provided.

We have been renting condos in the Coachella Valley for the last five years. We found the experience of renting from Royale Vacation Rentals to be excellent. The unit was clean and very well equipped. We are most comfortable in the Palm Desert, Indian Wells or La Quinta communities. The location of our unit was very accessible to our preferred service and material suppliers.

We truly enjoyed our "winter in the desert". Our rental in Duna LaQuinta was great. Close to the spa and pool and the town of LaQuinta, big plus. Unit was as expected and advertised with a very responsive and competent renal staff.

The weather and location couldn't be better but the furnishings were sparse and of low quality. The shower was also antiquated and difficult to turn on in the master bath. There were no chairs in bedrooms to read in or assist in dressing. The platform beds were too high and did not accommodate the sheets. It was designed to rent out and not to live in.I lived through it but wouldn't go back without changes.

Our condo overlooking the 11th hole of The Dunes Golf Course, also had a gorgeous mountain view. The interior was spacious with beautiful furniture. Of importance to myself was the excellent quality of the new king and queen mattresses. Also the barbecue cooked perfectly. The swimming pool is kept warm and clean and is quite private. It is a lovely quiet area and the grounds are maintained impeccably. But most important - the property manager and assistant at Royale Vacation Rentals - Tim Flynn and Dana Karr - were amazing. Every request we had was immediately attended to. They are very friendly and professional and I highly recommend Duna La Quinta and Royale Vacation Rentals to anyone.

Right from the beginning the rental process was a breeze. I received all of the financial information up front and all of my questions about the property were answered without hesitation. Weeks prior to our stay, I received an email with a link to the website detailing valuable information such as the gate key, wifi password, check in & out instructions, contact information and so forth. I appreciated the over communication as I'm definitely a planner!!

The home itself was in a prime location! Literally right next to the community pool and less than a mile away from grocery stores, coffee shops, and the main La Quinta Resort where we took our shuttle each day.

The home was in beautiful condition with nice kitchen appliances and tools. The only issue was the dishwasher that wasn't draining properly, but by the end of the weekend we sorted it out. In unit washer and dryer made it easy to have fresh towels and sheets each day. There is an option to book a cleaning service if desired.

The rooms were very spacious and had great closet space. The master bathroom had an open shower, which at first seemed very aesthetically pleasing, but later on caused issues as the water seemed to go all over the bathroom floor and at one point leaked out the bathroom door. I would recommend that the owner install a glass door or something to catch the water.

Other than minor things here or there, I would highly recommend this gated community. We felt extremely safe and had wonderful service. Can't go wrong!!

We found the unit moderately well furnished and was clear that it was outfitted as rental unit and we may have been the first tenants so some breaking in things..nothing overly serious. A couple of things needed attention and Royale staff were VERY attentive
and helpful in addressing our concerns. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how we were treated.
