What an atmosphere of peace and serinity! My guest and I enjoyed lavish accommodations that still had the appeal of home. I was grateful for the time of rest and replenishment.

Having Gabe and Mariah assist with setting up the rental and such was awesome! I'd definitely recommend renting through Royale Vacation Rental! The ONLY thing that could've been improved upon during the 1st Coachella weekend, which was in the property's hands (Legacy Villas),was the process of initially getting into the property on Thursday night(ie reducing the initial two hour wait time to get through the gates).

I had never heard of Royale Vacation rental. I found them on an internet search so was naturally skeptical...I have been burned before. I am pleased to say that Royale Vacation was absolutely wonderful and trustworthy. The property we selected was perfect. My family had one of the best vacations ever. I would highly recommend Royale and Legacy Villas!

Other than the ice maker wasn't functioning, everything was fine!

The condo was great and was plenty of room for six of us. My only complained was the TV only had streaming services no cable. Otherwise totally stay there again.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay of 30 days at LQ144. The unit is in a great location close to the adult pool and hot tub. The grounds are well maintained. Wendy and Steve were very responsive to my needs, however...

The unit decor is dated and a bit dark but it was probably built that way. It doesn't appear much updating has been done.

I had guests arriving throughout my stay -- and the bath and bed linens/pillows are old. Steve had new pillows delivered. I went to Target and bought new towels and bath mats for the unit myself. However, the cleaners came once during my stay and I'm sure some of those towels were removed.

The property also needs a complete purging/updating of kitchen supplies -- from cooking utensils to the pantry.

That said, my expectations are a little high at this price point. The unit is in a nice location -- very close to the adult lap pool and hot tub. The community is quiet and beautiful, which is a bonus to this unit.

Our family had a great stay at this unit in Legacy Villas. The villa was clean and well-maintained and in a great location with a pool and hot tub right outside the unit. Everything was in good, working order. Kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed for a one-week stay. Parking was easy right out front. The climate system was a little difficult to control, it would get really cold and really hot, but nice to have air conditioning on hot days. Would highly recommend it!

This rental accommodated 7 family members easily. The location was situated steps away from a pool & hot tub.The location was great!
Upon arrival the Villa was clean,however some kitchen items need to be discarded due to cracks/chips etc. The ice maker dispenser was not working but not a big issue. Highly recommend the Villa!

We had a great time. The property was well appointed, very clean, easy to enjoy “hassle free”. Pool, jacuzzi , we’re right outside our door.

We had a great experience here. The unit is beautiful and the grounds are spectacular! The photos don’t do the unit justice. 24/7 manned security gate made us feel very safe on our “girl’s trip”. We had difficulty figuring out the television. I sent an email and within minutes someone arrived to help us out.

The unit had the perfect floorplan for our stay and was well stocked. Location was near adult pool, but, access was not as convenient as other locations. However, internet connection is awful and was a challenge for working from home and we were given the wrong connection information, written several times. TV remote was the wrong one displayed in directions and we never totally figured it out. A/C unit blows loudly and strongly in separated master, front door handle was broken, toilet stopped up on last day and they could use some furniture off master patio. Every time we called management, they were extremely responsive. Grounds are beautiful, but, unit could use a thorough going through to make sure it is "tight" and I suggest updating the instruction manual.

Girls, Mommies and daughters (ok 1 boy too) spent 2 nights and 3 days at the Legacy Villas. The apartment was comfortable, beautiful and clean. The same with the facilities and the pools. We had a problem with the refrigerator and Royale Vacations responded immediately. We have already booked 2 nights again!

We had a great time over the weekend staying here. The place is in an excellent spot, close to several pools and with many amazing views. Check in and check out were simple. Definitely want to come back for another relaxing weekend!

I stayed at La Quinta with my family and friends and our girls absolutely LOVED this property! They enjoyed the main pool with the splash pad, the hammocks and all the beautiful rest areas. I will definitely be coming back to La Quinta!

When we arrived there where no keys in the lockbox, we waited hour and a half for someone to come and let us in.

Beautiful property in a prime location near the lap pool and close to main area. We stayed here with our 3 boys and loved our trip. Renter was so helpful and quick to respond. Definitely will recommend this to anyone and can’t wait to come back.

We love the Legacy Villa complex but were disappointed by a few things in this unit. The glass on the oven door was cracked and covered with tape when we arrived so they brought us a toaster oven. The air conditioning didn't work in the living room and we found a handful of cockroaches in the unit throughout the week. There was also a broken pull string on the blinds in the dining room so we couldn't open them. This unit needs some attention.

We had a wonderful stay in both units in Legacy Villas. Please note that in the downstairs unit which we rented for 5 nights, the following items were missing: toilet bowl cleaning brushes in all 3 bathrooms, broom and dustpan, the vacuum cleaner was there but spit out lots of dust when we tried using it and was not working properly. Please note that as we had our family visiting and washing, there may be a beach towel or two and a few white bath towels that were either brought downstairs or upstairs during our stay.

We took our kids here and they all had the best time. We enjoyed every minute we were there. The house is great and has everything you need. And we loved that it was so close to one of the pools. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I and our two little ones had a great time at this beautiful vacation spot. The main pool was perfect for little kids learning to swim. We felt right at home and the unit was very spacious and welcoming. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer as well to keep toddlers clothes clean and dry after a fun, dirty day outside.

The Villa and service at Royale Vacation Rentals is always excellent, which is why we've come back for 5 years in a row. No complaints!

Very nice modern place and peaceful location. It looked like the club house area was under going some renovations; it would be nice to have a little cafe on the property-- maybe they are adding that? The property management is professional however make sure that if you get a late check out you let them know in advance so there are no confusions regarding the fees, etc.

We had a wonderful time at the Legacy Villas. The rooms were great, we loved having a kitchen and the pool was RIGHT outside our door. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked as there was only one pan so you couldn't cook more than one item at once (no bacon and eggs) but that would be our only suggestion!

I have used Royal vacation rentals multiple times throughout my stays in the desert. My experience has been very good. They provide first class services, accommodation and complete customer care. I would highly recommend using there services.

Everything was the same as described on the website.

This house is huge and has all the amenities you could want. We had plenty of towels, kitchen equipment and refrigerators. However we could have used more toilet paper and paper towels. One roll for each bathroom and kitchen for 10 people is not enough. Also ran out of dish soap.

Overall the house was excellent. We did notice that many of the outdoor chairs had fabric that is weather damaged and worn. Additionally, the padded outdoor furniture was very dusty and dirty. A little more attention is needed for the outdoor space, but inside was excellent.

Our overall experience was good. The location of the property was great. However, our experiences with the heating and cooling of the house was unsatisfactory. This was even after the technicians attempted to fix it. The spa was unusable for two days, and we paid extra to have it heated. Due to the above explained circumstances, I feel we should be compensated accordingly.

Perfect floor plan, tastefully decorated and supplied with most needs. Can’t get a better view of the golf course. Lovely pool, spa, waterfall and fire pit. Large accommodating kitchen. Try it, you’ll like it.
